"Salvation is a God-thing"

November 1, 2015 Speaker: Steve Garcia Series: The Gospel of John

Topic: Salvation Passage: John 3

On an average day, this form of transportation carries more people in the world than any other. What is it?

Answer: The elevator.
This is true around the world and even in the USA. According to the National Building Museum website, “elevators, escalators, and moving sidewalks are the most common forms of transportation in America.” Can you believe that? This may not be what came to mind, but things aren't always how they seem. People have lots of ideas about their journey to God. Some think we can approach him in this way, others in that, and others think all roads take us there. People repeatedly asked Jesus what it takes to enter God’s kingdom — how to get there. His answers are not what we would expect.
