Loving My Actual Family: How to Have Healthy Holidays
Topic: Help for Holiday Family Gatherings Passage: 1 Thessalonians 5:16–5:18, John 2:1–2:5, John 7:3–7:10, Mark 3:31–3:35
Question: In a recent survey, 87% of people said that while traveling via plane, this was the worst thing for fellow passengers to do. What is it?
Answer: Take off your socks!
How many of you have sat by someone who did that? How many of you have done it? Smell you later!
The thing is, people who behave badly find ways to excuse or rationalize their behaviors. We all think we're normal, right? But then we get on planes, visit family, eat, watch football, and take off our socks.
This morning, Steve will give us help for holiday gatherings. Armed with these little pearls of wisdom, you'll be ready for anything. His message is called "Loving My Actual Family: How to Have Healthy Holidays."
