Question: According to a new study, this is the time of year more men than women feel pressure to do what?
Answer: Settle Down!
If you're wondering if we make this stuff up, our source is the dating website e-Harmony who released a new study showing 71% of men feel pressure from friends, family, and society to settle down. But only 58% of women feel that pressure. Interesting.
The holidays can trigger lots of pressure, stress, and other negative emotions. If you're feeling pressured, we sympathize. If you're causing the pressure, knock it off.
This morning, we want to talk about emotions, both good and bad, and what to do with them. Believe it or not, God cares about you and how you're feeling about things. And so do we. Steve's message is called, "A Prayer for Joy & Gladness." This is week three of our Advent Series called "Loving My Actual Christmas."
