Have you ever worried about making new friends when you change schools, jobs, or neighborhoods? Have you ever had trouble making new friends? It’s a legitimate worry because it can sometimes be difficult.
Christian Psychiatrist Curt Thompson says, “We are (all) born looking for someone who is looking for us… and we never stop looking.” God has designed us with the longing for belonging, and our hearts are restless until they find this blessing. Of course that desire, like all desires, is only ultimately fulfilled in God. That’s the subject of today’s message.
