For some of you, this answer brought laughter and joy. For others, it brought deep groans and existential pain. It’s interesting how both of those feelings can be brought about by the same thing, and how in some cases we can feel both at the same time.
Jesus was called a man of sorrows, acquainted with grief. He was also a man of great joy who came to make our joy complete, even in the midst of our sorrow.
