Question: According to new research, college students do this 3 times more often than non-college students. What is it?

Answer: Smoke!

According to research, the two biggest reasons for this phenomenon are social pressure and stress management when they are still figuring out who they are and what they are about.

The truth is, when we’re stressed, we will to look to something to reduce those feelings and help us feel okay. Jesus knew that all too often we’d be tempted to use things that enslave us, or take us farther away from our relationship with God, especially when there’s an Enemy at work to push and pull us that direction. It’s why Jesus told us to pray to our Heavenly Father, “don’t lead us into temptation, and deliver us from the Evil one.”
