Answer: A Grill!

Do you own a grill? Do you love to cook and consume food cooked over an open flame?

It turns out that Jesus did too, and in our scripture today He serves up some hot and fresh fish cooked over a fire. So many times in the gospels, we see Jesus encountering people over good food. He’s the Lord of the table and part of living in the resurrection means encountering Jesus in the every day ordinary spaces and places, like at a meal. Today, Pastor Jill continues our sermon series on “Living in the Resurrection” with a message called “Where the Ordinary Table Becomes a Holy Place.”
